When you are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping basket icon (top-right of your desktop screen). 4. Confirm your products and subtotal of your order, if you have a coupon code, please enter the code and click Apply Coupon or Discount. 5. When you’re satisfied with your order, click “Checkout”. How will my order be packaged?
Your package will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed carefully. There will be no indication of what is inside to protect and maintain your privacy.

When will my order ship?
All orders and payments received by 9AM PST will be shipped the next business day. If we received your order and payment after 9AM PST, your order will be shipped the following business day. If an order is placed, it will be on hold for 48 hours until payment is received and will be cancelled if no payment is made.
Can I add/edit/cancel my order?

What do I do if my shatter turns into wax?
Shatter turning into wax is common when exposed to heat but it does not make your shatter unsafe in anyway. We do not offer any reimbursements if your shatter turns into wax as it will be caused by situations out of our hands such as humidity or heat during delivery. However, you can fix this by refrigerating it or placing it into a freezer.
What are the shipping fees?
The standard shipping rate for all orders is $17 with express shipping which takes 2-3 business days. Priority shipping is $35 which will arrive in 1-2 business days. However, orders over $79 will receive free Xpress shipping. The delivery is guaranteed however, we cannot guarantee the following provinces as they have a high postal theft rate: Nunavut, Northern Quebec, Northern Ottawa, or if you provide an inaccurate or incomplete address.
Why was my package sent with “Signature Required”?
All orders are sent with a “Signature Required”. If you don’t want this option, please let us know at checkout. Please note that packages that are requested to be sent without signature, may not be guaranteed depending on the investigation results. If it is marked as delivered and gets stolen, we may not be able to guarantee your package. Please only request ‘no signature’ if you are 100% sure your package will be safe.
